In this enriching environment, your days will be filled with a lively mix of horse care and wildlife interaction. While you lovingly tend to our cherished horses, you will also have the opportunity to care for the animals in our wildlife sanctuary, including lions, spotted hyenas, ostriches, and many others.
Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in wildlife conservation efforts alongside the Conservation and Research Manager, working on initiatives such as our vulnerable tree protection program or camera trapping projects. This presents a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of ecosystem restoration, wildlife research, and conservation efforts.

Ground work: Engage in horse training by taking part in ground work sessions. These sessions are crucial for the health and happiness of our horses, helping them stay in top shape. Through various training exercises and schooling, we concentrate on conditioning the horses and tackling any behavioral challenges that may come up. -
Venture into the vibrant community surrounding Victoria Falls and immerse yourself in the stunning vistas of the Zimbabwean countryside. Experience exhilarating rides through our lush forest, where you may encounter magnificent African wildlife. Nurturing and supporting the well-being of sanctuary animals: Engage in their daily care by providing food, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing their environment with stimulating activities. Wildlife Monitoring and Reserve Maintenance: Join our dedicated wildlife team on reserve management tasks, and develop and maintain the environment we are based in. This includes assisting them with various initiatives such as reserve management, lion enrichment research, and wildlife monitoring. -
Contribute to Wildlife Research: Collect and provide crucial information for our diverse initiatives, including Elephant Impact Monitoring, Camera Trapping, Lion Enrichment, Wildlife Monitoring, Bird Surveying, and beyond.
